Our Mission

We exist to serve seasonal workers through presence, purpose, and hope. Through hospitality, mentorship and genuine community, we offer guidance and belonging so they can thrive in every aspect of life.

Our Vision

We envision a vibrant, healthy community of seasonal workers supported by local families, individuals, community resources, and the church—where safe spaces and meaningful places to gather are readily available. Through relationships built on trust, we seek to equip these workers with both practical and spiritual tools. Our hope is to see lives transformed and a new generation of leaders raised up.

We respect and honor the diverse backgrounds of our seasonal workers. We realize some workers will seek spiritual answers, while others just need a safe place to land.

For us, Jesus is the foundation of everything we do. We seek to reflect His love, grace, and truth in every interaction, however we do not force or demand that others share the same values.

These are the values that drive what we do:

Joy

We embrace the gift of where we are and the people we share it with—choosing gratitude, laughter, and delight in every season.

Radical Hospitality

We open our homes and hearts to create spaces of belonging, connection, and rest—meeting people where they are.

Relationships

We invest in authentic relationships that foster spiritual growth, mentorship, and long-term transformation.

Compassionate Presence

We show up consistently—in conversations, in crises, and in everyday life—with listening ears and servant hearts.

Holistic Care

We care for the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—providing practical resources and mental health support.

Empowered Community

We believe in building leaders from within the seasonal workforce—raising up voices who can impact their peers with courage and conviction.

Our Values

Scriptures that inspire us

You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. I’m putting you on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. — Matthew 5:13–16 (The Message)

Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.—2 Corinthians 5:20
